From there, we throw in daily activity tracking data (Fitbit, Jawbone UP, Misfit, Garmin Vivofit, and more), to measure your true daily levels of activity and giving the most holistic view of total calorie burn vs intake.
What we don't do is promise you results without effort. We know it is hard. That's why we tailor everything to you, where you are now, and where you want to go. We do that by listening to you, your heart, and your body.
